These bars are So excellent! I am not really vegan so I used 2 eggs rather than the applesauce, only because I had fashioned no applesauce readily available. I also used closer to 2/3 cup chocolate chips. These are not super nice, but so moist! I want to talk about them so I don’t eat all of them myself but at the same time don’t want to talk about in any way!! These is a staple for me when I need a sweet treat.
